Course Description:
Acrylic Painting Master Series is a course designed to guide youth and adult participants (Ages 12 to 60+)into the world of Acrylic painting by clearly illustrating and explaining materials and a variety of painting techniques. You will not only learn how to paint with oils, but also how to prepare a palette, choose brushes, mix colours, prepare a support and more.
This course is specially designed for Seniors and Adults, who are keen to learn drawing and painting. Major focus in these classes will be on transferring the key skills applied in art making. It will also familiarize participants application of basic elements of design in making art works in an engaging environment.
Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course you will achieve the following outcomes:
- Identify basic elements of design in drawing and painting through Visuals

Teaching and Learning Methods:
It’s a studio practice-based course, which will be delivered through demonstrations by the instructor. Students will be given a new fun exercise in every class. The main focus will be on transferring the key skills and experience that can be applied by participants in future art practice. A course portfolio will be maintained.
