A day-long workshop suitable for Adults and Seniors on traditional techniques of gilding.This workshop will give an insight into how gilding was done on different surfaces in different periods and eras like Medieval, Baroque, Persian and Mughal. It will start with a small introduction followed by a presentation on illumination history and demonstration by the artist and later the application of gilding techniques by the participants in which they will make a small artwork using the metal leaf of choice.
